If Goal Rings is not what you needed, email hey@goalrings.app within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why.
Written in plain language so it can be read rather than agreed to unread. It describes how Goal Rings actually works today — but it is a starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you take live payments.
How it works
- Write from the address you paid with, or quote the order number on your receipt. Either is enough to find the purchase.
- You get a reply within three business days, usually much sooner.
- The refund is issued by Creem, the merchant of record, back to the card that was charged. That is also why it lands in a few days rather than instantly — it is your bank’s timing, not ours.
- Whatever the purchase unlocked stops working once the refund is issued. That is the trade, and it is the only condition.
After 14 days
Ask anyway. If it is broken for you, or it does something we said it would not, we would rather refund you than have you stuck with something you cannot use. The one case that is refused is a licence that has been shared or resold.
If it is a bug rather than a mismatch
A refund is always available, but a real bug report usually gets a fix faster than you would expect — Goal Rings is small enough that there is no queue to join. Same address either way, and you will not be made to choose between the two.
Please email before disputing a charge
A chargeback costs both sides fees and takes weeks to resolve. A refund takes one reply, and you keep the option of buying again later. If a charge on your statement is unfamiliar, it will be under Creem rather than Goal Rings — that one is worth checking before you call the bank.
Who you are dealing with
Goal Rings is operated by Dmytro Virych, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Payments are taken by Creem, acting as merchant of record — they charge the card, handle sales tax and VAT where it applies, and are the name that appears on your statement. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
