Terms of Service
Effective · Dmytro Virych, Kyiv, Ukraine
Using Goal Rings or buying it means accepting the four things below. They are short on purpose — a term you did not read is one you did not agree to.
Written in plain language so it can be read rather than agreed to unread. It describes how Goal Rings actually works today — but it is a starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you take live payments.
What you are buying
A licence to use Goal Rings as it exists on the day you buy it, for the purpose the site describes. You are not buying a guarantee of any particular future feature, a service level, a duration of support, or exclusivity of any kind. What is on the pricing card and in the changelog is what exists; nothing described as planned is part of the sale.
Payment
- Payments are taken by Creem as merchant of record. They handle applicable sales taxes and VAT, issue the invoice, and appear on your statement.
- Prices are shown in the currency named at checkout. Tax is added there where it applies, so the figure you approve is the figure charged.
- A licence is issued once payment is confirmed. Failed or abandoned checkouts create nothing and are not charged.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute it, or share a licence key beyond the use the pricing card describes.
- Remove or work around whatever licence check it carries, or publish a means for others to.
- Use it to break the law, or to do to someone else what you would not want done to you.
Refunds
Refunds are available, and the window and the procedure are set out in full on the refund policy. It is a separate page rather than a clause here so that there is one statement of it rather than two that drift apart.
Ending it
A licence obtained by fraud or chargeback, or used in the ways ruled out above, may be revoked. Beyond that, nothing here expires: you may stop using Goal Rings whenever you like, and you owe nothing further for having done so.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
Goal Rings is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will suit a particular purpose or run without fault. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you actually paid. Where your local consumer law grants you more than that, your local law wins — this paragraph does not attempt to take away a right you cannot waive.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The effective date at the top of this page moves when they do, and a purchase is governed by the version in force on the day it was made — which is what that date is for.
Who you are dealing with
Goal Rings is operated by Dmytro Virych, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Payments are taken by Creem, acting as merchant of record — they charge the card, handle sales tax and VAT where it applies, and are the name that appears on your statement. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
